London meetup – Friday, June 27th, 2025
Join us in London for a day (or more) of sharing knowledge, resources, and insights with peers.
This meetup is an opportunity to connect with peers, learn from each other, and get to know each other – all in a beautiful setting in London, UK.
We’re planning three different parts in the day:
- “Off” time (arrival, lunch, after 4:30 if you want to stay on) for casual or deeper conversations
- Peer presentations: some of us will share behind-the-scenes insights on their own marketing, processes, frameworks, etc
- Breakouts: the afternoon is for deeper conversations in small groups.
We’re aiming for a balance between organic conversations and value-packed sessions, while making time to breathe and process before, after, and in between.
At the Storybrand Guide Day in Amersfoort (March 2025), some of us got to spend two full days in a little “marketing bubble”, and it reminded us of the value of spending quality time with peers.
That’s why we’ve decided to start meeting up more often; this is the first of (hopefully) many events small and large.
While the idea originated with a group of certified Storybrand guides, these meetups are not related to any certification or membership (Storybrand or other); we welcome everyone who is willing to share with and learn from others.
To make sure everyone who joins gets the most out of this meetup, participation is limited to Storybrand certified guides (current or former) and guests; don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re neither and would like an invitation!
Tentative agenda for the day (more details when everyone’s confirmed):
- 09:00-10:00 – arrival and welcome
- 10:00-12:30 – short presentations by fellow attendees
- 12:30 – 14:00 – lunch
- 14:00 – 16:30 – breakout conversations

We’ve booked an Airbnb for the day in Greater London (near Roundwood Park); some of us will be staying there before and after and we still have an extra room available – book it through the form below.

Price: we ask for a £ 47 contribution for the location (Airbnb) + food and drinks during the day.
Accommodation: £ 120/night per room. Please set amounts to zero on the signup form if you’re not staying, and it should display the correct price.
